After the notarized application is submitted to the clerk's office, accompanied by proper proof of income and mandatory $25 fee, it is then given to the Judge for his approval. The $25.00 fee must be paid within 7 days after arraignment. The Public Defender can be left a voicemail at (330) 367-5160.
If a warrant has been issued for your arrest from the Niles Municipal Court, it is your responsibility to turn yourself in to the court. We do not schedule hearings for Defendants who have a warrant.
